Set in the reality of contemporary Poland, the film tells the story of three days in the life of a thirteen year old boy trying desperately to keep the fact that his father beats him, a secret. Lonely and with no support from his mother or from school, bullied by his sport teacher, the boy finds his only friend in an old stray dog from the kennels.
